Bob & Suzanne Candler have been residents of the area for over 30 years. We raised our children in this community and they attended the local schools.  We are proud grandparents of four and are both active in community organizations.

Bob is an accomplished businessman with many years experience negotiating contracts and providing excellent customer service.  One of the greatest pleasures for me is to help people realize their dreams when they move into their new home or start a new life after selling and moving on to a better situation for them.

Bob is an Associate Broker and member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Placer County Association of Realtors, and Nevada County Board of Realtors. Technology in the Real Estate world is, and has been, evolving for years. Bob has demonstrated a mastery of technology tools and is a certified eAgent. This is important to our clients because the more technology used in our business translates to better customer service. Bob is the past Commander of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, serving the community helping veterans, active duty service members and their families as well as providing awards and scholarships to local schools.

Suzanne has studied horticulture including soils and water features. She is an avid gardener and member of the Colfax Garden Club and is active with the local Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. Her education in Environmental Horticulture is helpful in the Real Estate business in helping clients identify plants, soil types and other terrain features of their new homes.

Suzanne is a member of the National Association of Realtors., California Association of Realtors, Placer County Association of Realtors and she is also fluent in French.

We have two children and four grandchildren and both enjoy walking in our beautiful area, reading to keep up on the Real Estate industry and spoiling our grandchildren.
